Sheepie Doodle Acres requires new owners to commit to contact us if you are not able to continue to care for your dog. Are you committed to returning your puppy/dog to Sheepie Doodle Acres? I agree that if at any point I cannot keep the puppy, I will return him / her to Sheepie Doodle Acres without requesting compensation, and I will pay all shipping costs prior to shipment. ( You may be asked to pay flight charges for shipping ) *I agree to the terms.No, I do not agree to the terms.

Price: $1,500 - $2,500 Flights are an additional $450-550 if the puppy is shipped at 8-10 weeks, higher if puppy is older. The shipping includes airfare and being hand carried by our flight nanny to the airport of your choosing or crate and health certificate for cargo shipping. Shipping costs outside the United States and ground transportation delivery will be discussed upon the first deposit. I agree to spay (female) or neuter (male) the puppy between 6-8 months and send proof of spay or neuter from my vet by way of receipt. If I choose not to spay or neuter the puppy I adopted from Sheepie Doodle Acres, and send a receipt from my vet in the time frame requested, that I have spay or neutered my puppy, then Sheepie Doodle Acres has the right to actively pursue a fee of $5,000 for fees charged for a "breeding dog". I agree that the puppy is being adopted for myself and will not be sold, adopted, or given to another party. If I do any of the above, I agree to pay Sheepie Doodle Acres all costs to get the puppy back safely to Sheepie Doodle Acres. I also understand that if the puppy is killed in an accident (plane crash or car accident) before delivery of the puppy to you, Sheepie Doodle Acres will reimburse you for the money you paid for the dog, but will not reimburse you for the plane ticket, health certificates, crates bought and money for driving to or from airport. I agree that only under proper supervision will the puppy be allowed outdoors. When taking my puppy outdoors, they will be on a secure harness and wear proper ID. I also agree that this animal will be a companion animal only (no guard dogs). I agree that at no time will this dog be kept on a chain or rope. I agree to care for this dog in a humane manner and to be a responsible animal guardian. This agreement includes adequate food, water, attention and medical care. I also agree to give proper bedding and covering from the elements. All this is will be done at my expense without charging Sheepie Doodle Acres for these expenses. I understand and agree that Sheepie Doodle Acres makes no guarantees about the dog’s temperament or amount of shedding, and is not responsible for future damages or injuries caused by the dog. I agree to contact Sheepie Doodle Acres if my companion dog needs to be euthanized for any reason, prior to being euthanized (unless the dog’s veterinarian determines this is a medical emergency at which time I will still contact Sheepie Doodle Acres). I agree to take my puppy to the vet for a complete and thorough check no more than 3 days after adopting this puppy and will send Sheepie Doodle Acres the proof of a clean bill of health from my veterinarian, and sending a receipt as proof of the visit. I also agree that I will provide Sheepie Doodle Acres proof of rabies shot and bordetella shot/nasal spray no later than 6 months from date of birth. A $500 assessment will be charged to me if this is not completed. I will email these proofs to Sheepie Doodle Acres at abosaaen@gmail.com with the puppy's name, tag color and date of birth in the subject line. Sheepie Doodle Acres has made every effort to provide you with a healthy, happy companion puppy. Sheepie Doodle Acres is not responsible for any financial obligations that may occur due to the health after adoption including common puppy illnesses such as parasites, coccidia, giardia, worms, UTI, puppy influenza, parvo or any other illnesses treatable with medication. I agree on getting some sort of professional training or am planning on self training so that this puppy will be a good dog in society. The plan for my puppy is to spend most hours inside the home, with little time outside in the elements. My plan is for the puppy to spend very little time alone, with the exception of going to work. In regards to hereditary defects, there are never any guarantees that a dog would be free of a genetic disorder from past generations. We do our best to research and only breed the healthiest dogs with amazing dispositions. In the rare case that a genetic defect does arise within the first year of your puppies life, we will replace the puppy with new puppy of the same value. No monies shall be exchanged unless you choose a new puppy of more value. **1 Year Free Replacement Puppy for health guarantee does not include the vet check, CERF exam, shots, worming, transportation, carrier, or other fees. This 1 year guarantee is for the health of your puppy that has been adopted from Sheepie Doodle Acres, and does not cover accidental death, neglect, abuse, or injuries that your dog may sustain while being in your ownership. If for any reason I choose to take Sheepie Doodle Acres to court, I agree to file the motion in Dakota County, Minnesota, which is the county from which my puppy was purchased. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $700 is required to reserve your spot on the waiting list, which will be applied to the total purchase of your puppy. If you have placed your deposit, and you choose a different puppy from another litter, than the deposit will be transferred. The balance is due before delivery or pickup of the puppy (We will contact you 2-4 days prior delivery or pickup to collect final payment, unless you are paying with cash at pickup). *I agree to the deposit termsNo, I do not agree to the deposit terms
